Before learning about Smaart America, I was under motivated towards accomplishing my goals. I never understood the value of being smart and being rewarded for doing so.

I always felt that since I came from a family in which I was the only child who aspired to go to college, my dreams would be met with financial road blocks. Smaart America provided me with an opportunity to make my dreams a reality. I now can say that my goals of becoming a college student and fulfilling my dreams, my future looks more promising.

Before learning about Smaart America, I thought being a smart student was for nerds. I never could imagine that I too can be a smart student, with the right support behind me. One day I observed my friend using his Smaart Card, I asked him how did you get it? His reply was, I attained it by having high academic achievement in my core classes and getting involved with the Smaart America organization.
